What to Expect

Available dates are indicated on the calendar and can be secured by emailing us. Please include party names, identification of counsel, and – if available – the operative complaint or petition.

Once your date is secured, we will promptly send each party’s counsel a formal mediation confirmation letter and, for in-person mediations, a retainer invoice to secure the date and support the advance work described below.

Select an Available Mediation Date

Each side will be invited to submit written materials for consideration and have an initial Zoom conference or in-person meeting – well in advance.

Written materials may be submitted via email or secure file share to admin@ironresolutionsvcs.com.

Refer to this document for guidance on written submissions.

Submission of Written Materials

During the initial conference, we’ll work together to identify key concerns that may interfere with resolution and develop a plan of collaborative action. This will usually involve subsequent conference(s), sometimes with additional persons such as insurers and oversight counsel, the individual plaintiffs, co-defendants, or others.

I will bring my entire toolbox to each party’s worksite, and together we’ll limit or eliminate as many obstacles as possible prior to mediation day.

Initial Caucus for Each Party

Iron Resolution Services provides national mediation services and has the flexibility to perform mediation and pre-mediation caucus work either in person, virtually by Zoom, or in a hybrid manner - as the parties may choose and the case may warrant. We'll discuss location and logistics early to ensure we are crafting the best platform for our work together.
